Lorena is a Senior Program Manager for the Security Compliance and Management (SCM) Engineering team at Microsoft, focused on supporting Microsoft partners (system integrator and managed service providers) globally on Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Apple MDM, and Windows servicing.

Over the last ten years, Lorena has worked across technical roles in enterprise architecture, device administration, network security, strategic consulting, technical pre-sales, service design & delivery, program management and more.

Lorena is passionate about learning, a self-professed “professional geek”, and loves to explore new technology topics. She is a big advocate for personal and professional growth, and is happy to share her experiences.

Lorena identifies as a Latina, born to Mexican immigrants, and is a DEI advocate. She is currently serving on the HOLA ERG Leadership team at Microsoft, supporting Hispanic & Latinx employees and building a culture where all members and allies bring their authentic selves to work.
